With Go Keyless, you complete the check-in process online and use your phone for collection and return.

This option suits travellers who are comfortable completing the formalities online before arrival.
Go Classic: a traditional counter handover
With Go Classic, you check in and collect the keys at the rental provider’s counter, then return them at the end of your booking.
A refundable deposit of up to €300 may apply. Drivers under 25 may also face an additional charge.

How to use the Offugo discount code
1. Copy your code

2. Visit Offugo and enter your dates
Go to Offugo’s website and select your Mallorca collection location.
Enter your pickup and return dates, times and the driver’s age accurately.
3. Choose your car
Select a vehicle that suits your trip. Check:
- Space for passengers and luggage.
- Manual or automatic transmission.
- Collection location and method.
- The selected rate and its conditions.
- Any extras you need.
4. Apply MALLORCA10 before payment
Look for the promotional or discount-code option during the booking process.

5. Check the discount and confirm
Make sure the reduction appears in your price summary before paying.
Complete the booking and follow the instructions in your confirmation email to prepare for collection.

Collecting your car at Mallorca Airport
For Go Keyless bookings, Offugo describes two possible arrangements:
- Direct airport collection: collect the car from the airport parking area.
- Shuttle collection: take a shuttle to the location where your car is waiting.
Check which arrangement your booking includes.
Complete online check-in, then use your personal booking link to locate and unlock the vehicle. You need a phone with internet access, but no separate app. Once inside, use the physical key during your holiday.
Airport parking: for direct airport collection, Offugo currently states that you pay the exit ticket up to €15 and it covers any amount above that.
Always follow the collection and return instructions supplied for your booking.
Deposits, fuel and extra costs
Is there a deposit?
Yes. No insurance excess does not mean no deposit.
Offugo currently lists a €160 refundable deposit for Go Keyless cars, plus a €1.80 non-refundable transaction fee.
For Go Classic, the deposit depends on the provider and vehicle category.
When is the deposit refunded?
Offugo says eligible deposit refunds are issued within 48 hours after the rental ends. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to display the funds.
Deductions may apply if you return the car late, with missing fuel or in an unacceptable state of cleanliness.
What is the fuel policy?
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at collection, following the conditions of your booking.
Check and record the fuel level before you drive away.
Does the discount apply to everything?
Do not assume that deposits, parking charges or optional extras receive the promotional discount.
